Courier Services

To ensure a safe and fast delivery experience, we work with trusted express carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
We reserve the right to select the courier that provides the most reliable and efficient service for your region.

⚠️ Please note: We are unable to deliver to APO, DPO, FPO, or PO Box addresses at this time.


Customs & Duties
  • If any customs duties are applied to your order, they will be covered by us.
  • Duties are typically paid online by our team in advance. However, if your parcel arrives with unpaid duties, please accept the delivery and make the payment directly to the carrier. Once paid, share a copy of the duty receipt with us for reimbursement. The refund process may take up to 5–7 business days.
  • The duty amount will be reimbursed via PayPal or bank transfer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, you must report this to both our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days of the marked delivery date.

  • Claims filed after this period will not be accepted.

  • Once confirmed by the courier, we will issue either a replacement order or a full store credit.

  • Please note: Lost orders cannot be refunded.


Delivery Issues & Rescheduling
  • Tracking: Once shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and liaise with the courier for any issues.

  • Missed Deliveries: If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, you must contact them to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may lead to the parcel being destroyed. We cannot be held responsible in such cases.

  • Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery will result in the parcel being lost or destroyed by the courier. Refunds or returns cannot be processed in this scenario. Please accept the delivery and then initiate a return if necessary.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address details are accurate before checkout. Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted. Couriers generally do not return undelivered parcels due to high international costs; these parcels may be destroyed and cannot be refunded.


Additional Notes
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent after payment. If you don’t receive it, kindly reach out to our support team.

  • Combined Shipments: Multiple orders going to the same address may be shipped together unless otherwise requested. This may slightly delay the first order’s delivery.

  • Complimentary Items: Free add-ons are not included with bulk orders (10+ items), unless approved by our customer support representatives.
