Return Window
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return or exchange window, giving you the flexibility to shop with confidence.
Once your return reaches us, our team inspects it within 72 hours. After approval, your exchange order will be shipped following our standard delivery timelines.
For refunds, the amount will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.
Return Exclusions & Condition Requirements

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Factory Seconds are final sale and cannot be returned.

All products (including complimentary items) must be returned in unused, undamaged, unwrinkled, and resellable condition along with the original packing slip.

For shoes, the soles and uppers must be free from scratches or marks.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or denied.
If you receive the wrong or a defective item, please Notify us within 2 working days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Alteration Charges
- Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please check our complete return instructions at the provided link.
- For custom orders, our team may recommend slight adjustments to your measurements based on your height and weight. If you choose to proceed with your original measurements and the jacket doesn’t fit properly, a minimal alteration charge may apply

We aim to get your custom jacket right the first time. If your order doesn’t fit well, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

Because custom jackets require precision, we take the following steps to ensure satisfaction:
Design & Quality Check: Before dispatch, we share detailed photos of your finished product so you can review the design, stitching, and material.
Accurate Sizing: Our team requests your exact body measurements and provides a detailed sizing guide to minimize sizing errors. If the fit still isn’t perfect, we’ll adjust it once at no cost.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available on custom orders. Every custom piece is designed exclusively for you (style, fabric, and accessories), and cannot be resold.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placement by submitting a request HERE.
Once an order has been dispatched or entered customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you must receive the parcel and initiate a return.
If our team has confirmed delivery within your specified timeline, the order is classified as time-sensitive. Due to the special measures taken to meet the deadline, cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

In the event of an error, corrections will be made immediately.
With our wide catalog, pricing discrepancies may occur. During order verification:
If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.
If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for approval or cancel the order with notification.
We are not obligated to fulfill orders at an incorrect (lower) price.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
