Can I change or cancel the order once it has been placed?
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placement. However, once we dispatch the item or it enters customs clearance, we cannot process a cancellation. In that case, please accept the delivery and contact us to arrange a return.
Time-Sensitive Orders: If our team guaranteed a specific delivery date to meet your timeline, we cannot accept cancellations. We immediately prioritize production for these rush orders to ensure they arrive on time, making reversal impossible.
