What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We are committed to resolving issues with faulty items immediately.
If you notice a defect, please contact our Customer Care team right away with the following details:
Your Order Number
The Product Name (and SKU if available)
A description of the issue, accompanied by clear photos
We will review your case within 24 hours. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement item to you as quickly as possible.
How can I return a jacket?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Please Note: We only accept returns or exchanges for Standard Designs & Sizes. Because they are crafted specifically for you, custom or made-to-measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I return the jacket if I don’t like it or if it does not fit me perfectly?
Standard Orders: Yes! We want you to love your purchase. You can return or exchange any regular, off-the-rack item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a different size.
Custom Orders: Because these items are specially made to your unique measurements and specifications, personalized and custom jackets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange / Alteration
How long does it take to receive a replacement jacket?
Replacements are treated with the same care as original purchases. Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, your replacement enters our production queue and will require the standard delivery time to manufacture and ship.
Can I return and exchange a regular jacket for another style?
Yes, absolutely. If you would like to exchange your jacket for a different style, simply contact our Customer Care team.
If the new jacket is more expensive: You will simply pay the difference in price.
If the new jacket is less expensive: We will refund the remaining balance to you as store credit for future use.
I received a custom order. Can I return it for alteration?
Yes, we accept returns for alteration. While we aim for a perfect fit right out of the box, we provide one complimentary alteration if your jacket requires adjustment. Please reach out to Customer Support to arrange the return, and we will make sure your custom piece fits you perfectly.
Refunds
I received a custom order. Can I return and get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on custom orders. As these items are manufactured based on your specific choice of style, material, and accessories, they are rendered unsuitable for resale. Please ensure all your details are correct before confirming your order, as all bespoke sales are final.
Am I eligible for a refund?
We are happy to offer refunds on standard, in-stock products that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
