What countries do you ship to?
We offer free shipping worldwide. We accept and ship orders to all countries except Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Yes, our free shipping includes customs, taxes, and duties.
All applicable import charges are covered by us. In rare instances where duties are requested at delivery, you may pay them upfront and share the receipt with us for reimbursement via PayPal.Â

How Can I track the delivery of my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email and SMS with the courier tracking number and link to track your parcel.You can also check the progress of your delivery at anytime through “Track Your Order” page.
Can I change the shipping address after I've placed the order?
If your order has not yet shipped: We can easily update your destination. Please email us immediately at contact@customjackets.us with your new details, and we will update your file.
If your order has already shipped: We are unable to modify the label once the package leaves our facility. In this case, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number to request a delivery redirection.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
We aim to ship all custom orders within 2 to 3 weeks. Because every piece is handcrafted from scratch, production times can vary depending on the complexity of your design. If you need your item by a specific date, please inform your design consultant immediately so we can prioritize your schedule.
